This summer has been relatively quiet as far as severe weather for my area. I did though just go on a trip up north and went through a tornado! 
My family was driving up to wassau last week and there were some interesting clouds as we approached the squal line. The sky appeared green (Sign of an unstable atmosphere) Then the phones went off for the warning. My family isn’t too smart, and decided to DRIVE though the white out conditions and somehow no one got hurt, but it was quite the chasing experience.
Lest I remind you that tornados can we rain wrapped and impossible to see untill you are inside them.
Does anyone else have any cool severe weather stories from this summer?
