TROUBLE INVREP NOTIFIER NFS320 AFTER CHANGING CALL POINT

Hi guys, so my client have just changed one of the manual call point that has been broken. But after changing the call point, the panel sending messages of INVREP in detector.

What i dont understand is that before they change the call point, it is all fine, but after changing it showed up INVREP on the heat detector.

Does it have correlation ?

Double check the part # installed is the same as removed, double check address is set correctly on new device, make sure device is seated all the way into the base.

If all that was done to cause the INVREP trouble is change the manual station, then check the wiring at the station. The outgoing wire may be to the heat.

what model is new and old MCP? it is possible that your client put a clip protocol or different brand call point on the loop
