In this video: https://youtu.be/y0dsk8cqNd4 you can hear a notifier slow whoop, and a Gentex commander doing code 3 but the third beep is cut off. Why is the commander doing that?

either the microphone adjusting, something similar happened in one of safetech’s videos, or someone used the wrong sync on the FACP. that would be my guess.

No the collapsing building has notifier voice evac and if you listen closely, the notifier slow whoop can be heard, but the Gentex commanders are from the hotel next door, which is still open to this day.
