Well, the system remains unsloved
Yeah. Going by other topics though it could be a Honeywell system of some kind going by the way the whoop tone sounds every time it starts.

I would say, its a EST2. Or maybe an early ANS 25/50??
The only voice-capable system I’ve ever heard make that sort of whoop tone (& I have heard a lot in action) is whatever kind Entergy Tower & a few other buildings have (which might be Honeywell like I said).
It could be Honeywell or EST, I think the tone generator was made by a separate company and was used in these panels.
