For my opinion it has to be the SoCal model 120 or sound master 125

Pretty sure that’s exactly what they are.
I think the Model 120 is an awesome siren. Also they never were used for civil defense, they were only used at SONGS. They’re pneumatic sirens as well. I completely agree with you on the Soundmaster though.
Another one I think is weird is the rotational E.D. Bullard siren.
