It’s supposedly called the “HKF” & made by Patlite, though it’s mostly nothing more than just a clone of a nearly-identical beacon by Federal Signal called the “Fireball” (which almost seems like the SpectrAlert of emergency vehicle lights as it’s been copied by so many different companies: no clue why, but yeah).
