What emergency light model is this?

I saw this while I was at a restaurant the other day, my local hospital also has them in some areas.
I’m unsure if this is an emergency ballast or a spotlight

That is likely a battery backup for that particular fixture. A spotlight wouldn’t have the battery backup contained in a general purpose light fixture

I’d assume an emergency ballast. I see those around a lot.

Its an emergency ballast. Bodine, or Power Sentry maybe.
