What model number is this Wheelock Exceeder?

I recently got a new Wheelock Exceeder and I want to know the model number

The label reads “SERIES: HS”, which in this case is the model number (the part after “SERIES:” specifically). That’s rather strange though since I could have sworn a basic red model like that would be “HSR” instead (unless Wheelock only started differentiating between model colors later on, since yours was made in 2011).

It would normally be an HSR as I said, but that particular one’s label just says “HS” instead (which implies that Wheelock didn’t give the different colors different models until sometime after 2011).

That device has always been called the HSR, but Wheelock usually doesn’t indicate the color on the label so that they can use the same label for both the HSR and HSW. This is also true on older series such as the AS, where the label on the back reads AS-24MCW when the full name is AS-24MCW-FR, and it is even true on the Eluxa series.

Could have sworn mine (made in 2018) specifically said “HSR” on the label, but alright.
