Remember when Wheelock sued Siemens, and how the widespread belief was that Wheelock won?
Actually, turns out neither side won - the whole thing was settled.

That’s very interesting
I believe that’s what I was told some time back, probably because Siemens didn’t really care about its life safety division given all the other industries they’re in, so settling was to them the best thing to do to put a stop to the case as fast as possible I guess. Still a shame that that marked the end of their unique NAs though.
