Hoping folks can give some good suggestions for fire alarm repair companies that specifically service and repair circuit boards for FACPs, especially for common Silent Knight models… my company has worked with Buyfirealarmparts before with great success, but we are in the PNW and they are in Florida. Wondering if people know of any reputable repair places closer to the Northwest!

Protegis is (I believe) the largest UL-listed/certified repair center for this sort of stuff. But, they’re located in TN/KY.
I am also aware of a couple others that offer repair services, but they primarily operate through eBay (Brook’s Circuit Specialists and BoardsFix come to mind). However, I am not aware of their status as it pertains to certification, if they even have one.
That would be my region’s repair service then. Also, welcome to the Forums.
I believe radwell repairs boards but don’t quote me on that

Called and talked with them, thanks for the tip! For future reference if anyone else is looking, they do repairs at their locations, but the closest to the NW is located in Phoenix, AZ

I’ve always dealt with Protegis without many issues. Not cheap though.

I, along with many of my friends, have sold many things to them (through eBay) in the past. Individual devices, complete panels, service parts, etc. Always a great company to work with.
