I have an option between the Edward’s 892 horn strobe or a simplex 2903-9001+federal signal 450D horn. Both are $100. Which one should I get?
Save that $100 and pounce when a better deal comes up. It does happen, just rarely and takes patience.
Only problem is the 2903-9001 is really hard to find even for $50 so I’m thinking about just getting that and the horn because I need one. As for the Edward’s, it all depends on how much money I could get first because that’s more common than the 9001
I’d recommend getting the 2903. They can be hard to find at 100 bucks, especially with a horn with it. Think of it as an investment, as it was made over 30-40 years ago. In 10 years they will most likely be worth even more.
