Why would they do this?

Okay so I was at my moms work and I noticed a lot of things wrong with the systems. I mean ALOT
Such as- 23 system troubles, and 7 supervisories since 2013!

Looks like an insurance company tag. They like to see those things on impaired fire equipment - usually up to the building owner to fill them out. At least I’ve never filled them out. What type of building is this? Mercantile, health care, business, educational? I’m surprised the local AHJ or insurance company hasn’t picked up on these issues in the last 22 months! But then some places really don’t care about it until someone complains. There’s a local shopping mall that is ALWAYS in trouble and the only way that’s ever going to be resolved is if they stop doing construction there and replace the entire system, wiring and all.

This is in a business building. It has a fairly large system. The 23 troubles are not part of the system with the supervisories. But still, 23 troubles in one system and supervisories on another really isn’t ideal for fire safety. Interesting thing is that there was a second panel right next to the one with the supervisories that was completely normal. Huh. Then they have Honeywell pull stations ( the huge ones) that do not send out an audible signal but they activate a local dialer. Very very strange

I got yelled at for taking pictures of the panel. Outside security services just don’t understand…
