The setup of the horns for this elementary school which is Gibbs elementary school.
In most of the school, the alarms are Simplex 2901-9833 horns on 2903-9101 strobe plates

Located in the art classroom, computer applications classroom and psychologist's office are Simplex 4041 horns on 4050-80 flashers

Three rooms, the music classroom, the social worker's office and the ESL classroom have Simplex 2901-9846 horns on 4903-9105 strobe plates

Over in the academic support classroom, there is a Simplex 4903-9219 horn/strobe

The DPT office and community cooperation classroom have Simplex 4903-9237 horn/strobes

Finally, the resource classroom, ESL classroom and the speech office have Simplex 4903-9252 horn/strobes

Springwood Community Mall is a 3 story mall built in 1976. The mall has 5 main tenants and has 80 in all.

Panel:
The malls main panel was 5 simplex 2001s linked in the boiler room. Macy's has a FireLite Miniscan panel. Dillards has a Simplex 4010. Sear's has a Simplex 4010ES panel. Macy's has a Simplex 4002 panel. In the 5th tenant there is a litte outlet store that has a faraday MPC-2000. The Malls new panel is two Fire Lite MS-9600UDLS Panels linked.

Pull stations: The main malls pull stations were Simplex t bars, now they are Fire Lite BG12-LXs. Macy's has Fire-Lite-BG10s. Dillards, Macys, and Sear's has adressable Simplex T bars. The outlet store has Faraday rebranded RSG-RMS-1T-KLs.

N/As:
The mall had horn only Simplex 4050s, The new alarms are Wheelock 7002ts. Macy's has 31T horns. Dillards has truealerts. Sear's has 7001s. Macy's has Amseco Motor horns BZ-51-Ls. The outlet has Wheelock AS's, Wheelock EHs, and Wheelock MTs.

This is how Strayer middle school has their fire alarm system set up.
In most of the school, the alarms are Simplex 4903-9219 horn/strobes

Located in the reading classroom and the self-contained classroom, there are Wheelock 7002Ts

One room, the drama classroom, has a Faraday 6120 horn on a Space Age Electronics AV32 flasher

Over in the engineering lab, there is a Simplex 4051 horn on a 4050-80 flasher

The computer lab and health classroom have Simplex TrueAlerts

Finally, the math interventionist classroom has a Gentex Commander 3

Star Manufacturing is a 2 story cotton mill built in 1935. The alarms are the following, The original building had no alarms until 1987. In 2009 a remodel revamped the FA Systems.

An overview of the fire alarm system at Franklin high school.
The majority of the school has Simplex 4041 horns on Faraday 5415 flashes

The senior cafe, science lab hallway and lecture hall have Simplex 4051 horns on 4050-80 flashers

The graphics art studio and the gymnasium locker rooms have Space Age Electronics 2DCD horns on AV32 flashers

The reading classroom has Gentex GMS

The social worker's office and the OT/PT room have Simplex 4903-9237 horn/strobes

Finally the ROTC classroom, band classroom and nurse's office have Edwards Integrities

Southern Shoppes is a 1 story strip mall built in 1999 and houses 25 stores including a grocery store. The strip mall replaced an old grocery store that was built in 1972.

Bluffington Elementary School was built in 1955 as an 8 building campus with a rather unique design. A classroom addition was built in 1983, and the school was renovated in 1998.

Initiating Devices
  • Current System: Pulls are EST SIGA 278s behind Stopper II Covers. Smoke detectors are all EST SIGA-PSs. As for heat detectors, they’re all EST 280s with monitoring modules.
  • Original System: The 1955 building had Autocall FNC and Edwards 270 pulls, along with ESL 500 smoke detectors replacing the original heat sensors. The 1983 addition had Pyrotronics MS-151 pulls and Pyrotector smokes.
Notification Appliances
  • Current System: The main signals here are EST 757-7A-T horn/strobes (wall mounted) in the hallways and large rooms, and EST 682-1b mini horns (ceiling mounted) in the classrooms. Some mini-horns were replaced with EST Genesis horn/strobes. Restrooms and small rooms have EST 202 series strobes. The cafeteria, auditorium, and gym have EST 757 series speaker/strobes. Outside, there are EST 757-1A-T horns.
  • Original System: The 1955 building had Autocall 121-S horns, with two Wheelock 31T horns replacing broken signals. The 1983 addition had Wheelock 7002 horn/strobes with dual projectors.

  • Original System: The 1955 building had Stromberg Carlson bi-directional speakers in the hallways and Tandy power horns in the cafeteria, media center, auditorium, and gym. Classrooms had Stromberg speakers with old intercom phones. The 1983 building had ceiling mounted Dukane speakers throughout with classrooms having call in switches.

  • Current System: 4-second 700hz tone over intercom
  • Original System: In the 1955 building, there were Edwards 6-inch bells in the hallways, media center, cafeteria, auditorium, and gym (all next to the fire alarm horns), and 10-inch bells outside. The 1983 addition had Simplex 4 inch bells in the hallways and 6 inch bells outside. Both had buzzers in classroom clocks.

Seen here and opened on August 27th, 1961, this is the set-up of Page middle school.
In most of the school, the alarms are Simplex 4041 horns on 4050-80 flashers.

Located in the band classroom, the guidance suite and the auditorium hallway are Simplex 4051 horns on Space Age Electronics AV32 flashers.

Two rooms, the media center and the self-contained classroom have Federal Signal 450D horns with VALS strobe plates.

Over in the 6th grade hallways, one above the other, there are Simplex 4903-9219 horn/strobes.

The exercise room in the gymnasium and the woodshop lab have Siemens U-MMT horn/strobes.

Finally, the art classroom, the foreign language classroom and the main entrance hallway have Wheelock MT horn/strobes.

A Taco-Bell was built in 1978 as a burger king. The original panel was a Simplex 2001, 4050 horns on 4050-80s, and Simplex 2099 T bars. In 1989 a Fire Lite Miniscan was installed and Fire Lite BG-10s, Wheelock 7002ts, Wheelock strobes, and Fire Lite smoke and heat combo detectors were installed. In 1999 a Grinnell sprinkler system was installed including potter flowswitches and the obsolete Potter sprinkler alarm with a non ADA Wheelock MT. In 2009 the burger king was replaced with the Taco-Bell. This system has stayed the same to this day.

Oakwood City junior/senior high school, which is a school that is in a district that has 3 elementary schools and the aforementioned combined junior/senior high school and has the ID code 26760 has a system set up like this.

Now we have the setup of the first elementary school in the district, which is the Harman Smith elementary school with an ID code of 26761. This is the system.

Ashville Manufacturing is a 2 story cotton mill originally built in 1988. In 1994 a fire destroyed 5/20s of the plant and the area was rebuilt. In 2009 a renovation replaced chillers, cotton gins, cotton winders and other cotton millling equipment, this also replaced 4 pull stations and 7 horn/strobes.

I think that you meant the GOS in your post because the SHG doesn’t have a whoop tone on it but the GOS looks like the SHG and it does have a whoop tone on it so you probably got them mixed up by mistake. It’s no big deal. I just wanted to point it out. Anyway, back to the Oakwood City school district, which seems to love using Faraday-rebranded 4041s and 4051s. LOL

This is their middle school: ID code 26765. Haverford middle school is the school that is going to be done next.
