113 troubles!!!

The Simplex CC Dact has many versions under different part numbers. They are built on the same base blank circuit board but populated with different components depending on the system it will go into.

Notice the line of solder dots along the left side of the board. That is for a terminal strip when designed for a panel that does not have a ribbon cable connection (like a 4020). The mounting bracket in the picture is for a 4005.

My 4005 is in a security panel boxas my dad don’t got the parts not the panel box.

Pictures?

This is all starting to sound a bit familiar…

What if that panel gets struck by lightning a second time?

Lighting never strikes twice

It can, if the point it struck the first time is high enough and a good enough conductor to be “attractive” to the lightning.

I got a picture of the details of another trouble

Disabled point. I’d assume they are doing testing or maintenance.

Don’t want that to happen!

They are putting in a new building. Would they disable it for that?

Say there is a smoke nearby, i believe if it where go into alarm the max it would do is a supervisory.

Can some one verify this?

What are you talking about?

A disabled detector will do absolutely nothing until it is enabled again…

I heard a tech say that…

Found this in a teachers back room
