I don’t know that was the closest view I could get to it but it does kinda look like it so maybe
this custom modified System Sensor SS strobe (either the 12 or 24VDC version; i’m going with the latter) from their MultiAlert series found on the r/firealarms subreddit

I believe someone slapped these vinyl decals on a blank strobe, but this was listed under the “Fail” flair

Probably because of the structural element between them. If a fire started on one side of the support beam, the smoke would likely first fill that side of the ceiling, meaning the device on the other side won’t detect the smoke until it is lower than the bottom of the structural element. This is also the reason the devices are located toward the center, as that is the highest point on the ceiling.

It’s not a fire alarm, it’s a “F#@$!%” Alarm. It’s because when the firetruck come due to the alarm, we say, “Oh, f#@$!%! There’s a firetruck.”
