Fire Alarms in Buildings (2.0)

From pictures online, it actually looks like the Poconos location has an EST system as well.

As far as the water park, that may be true, but it would still be weird that there are no strobes.

Kalahari Poconos has a EST system btw. EST3

The waterpark has a connected system to the whole hotel, its a EST complex.

I’m talking about the Wisconsin Dells location that has a Notifier/Johnson Controls system. They do not seem to have any notification appliances in there (including Concealite devices). The sound system in there was also recently overhauled, and most of the speakers throughout the park are no longer used, so I’m not so sure that there is voice evac that goes through those.

so uhh little update :stuck_out_tongue:

(met the head fire and safety systems guy and gave me this, some 9833s with pigtails, some strobes, and one or two other things. this dude has a ton of 4009s and two 4001s he told me he’s planning on selling. i didnt get any panels)

also why does this place convert " : P " to :stuck_out_tongue: they are two different meanings-

You got it after all? Great! There’s also possibly more for you to get as well?

Are they? One might be an emoticon & the other an emoji, but I’m pretty sure they’re both supposed to represent the same facial expression.

Yes, hopefully

the interaction i had felt a little off, noting when i asked him if i could have a 4001, he asked “What are you gonna do with it?” he already knows i’m a collector, so him asking me that kinda shut me down

currently my plan is schedualing another meeting with him if i can have some other stuff. he does keep some old stuff for example if a 9806 breaks down (there’s some active on some apartments here on campus) he can easily swap it with an identical model… is that even allowed? for now it does look like a good idea but idk

i recall minihorns and some siemens stuff so my next plan is looking at some minihorns and some smokes

Alright, great! Hope that goes well!

Sheesh…

Oh? Huh. Well if it’s new-old stock, still in good condition, & of course regulation doesn’t say anything against it I guess he can.

Oh? Sounds interesting. Best of luck again!

Shush the Sheesh…

I’ve always wanted to say that…

I’d more associate that with someone messing around with dialogue in a YTP, but alright. Not really relevant to the topic though.
