Fairweather High School was built in 2002, but a new building was added on in 2011.

Initiating Devices
The original wing has CP MSI20B pull stations, along with ILP3 series smokes and ILT heat detectors.
The new wing has Siemens rebranded RSG T-Bars and Siemens FirePrint smokes and heat detectors.
Notification Appliances
The original wing has Cerberus Pyrotronics U-MMT-S17 Horn/Strobes throughout the building. Offices and restrooms have Cerberus Pyrotronics U-MCS Strobes. Outside there are Cerberus Pyrotronics U-HNH-MCS Horn/Strobes. The gym, cafeteria, and auditorium have Cerberus Pyrotronics S-LP70-MCS speaker/strobes. The U-MMT-S17 horns are set to horn but coded to Code-3 by the panel. Speaker/strobes play a code-3 tone and a voice message.
The new wing has Siemens rebranded Wheelock ZNS horn/strobes and strobes throughout. Outside they have Wheelock ASWP horn/strobes.
Clock/Bell/Intercom
The PA System is a Bogen Multicom 2000, and the master clock panel is a Lathem LTR-512.
The hallways and cafeteria all use flush mounted Bogen wall speakers. The gym and auditorium use Bogen Megaphone speakers, as does the exterior of the building. Everywhere else there are Bogen ceiling mounted speakers. Classrooms and the locker rooms have Lathem analog clocks, whereas everywhere else they used Lathem digital clocks.
The bell is a tone over the intercom.
