Northwood Metal Fabricators is a metal fabrication plant in Dallas, Texas. The building was built by the Northwood Systems Brand in May 1963 when they started a little metal welding gig. The company employs about 19 staff members with the C.E.O being James Smith and a general manager being David Paulson. The Building is currently one story tall as of 2020. The plant also has a Ademco Vista 50P for security.

Northwood Textiles is a 4 building textile mill built originally in 1841 as the main building and the smoke stack. Then in 1908 the second building was built for storage and then in 1921 the last 2 buildings were established.
