This one’s a little harder, but what alarm may’ve been installed with this “backbox contraption”. I’ve seen a few of these around my school.

Looks like a 4040 or 4050 horn or a bell may have been here.
Could have also been a 4041 or 4051.

I might just be seeing it wrong, but that looks too large to be a backbox for a fire alarm. Maybe a clock or PA speaker?
I think he was talking about the small plate in the panel instead of the larger plate.
Few of these installed last night in my school replacing TrueAlarms; name that smoke detector! (It is NOT an OP121 head)

hi there, can anyone help me identify this fire alarm?
I’m researching it for a tv series that I’m working on. our location has them installed, and we would like to acquire more for our set builds, but I think I need a brand / model first… any input is welcome!
IIRC that’s a system sensor 2424AT. You can find them on eBay, keep in mind that system sensor doesn’t make these anymore (assuming you aren’t a fire alarm enthusiast) so that’s where you can find one.
