I may go for that Westclox if it’s still available by the time I can afford it. And update on my 1839ACI, I’m not sure when I’ll be getting it. There appears to be a HUGE delay in shipment because I ordered it on the 9th and last update I got on it was “Tracking number provided”. I contacted the seller to see if he knows what’s going on and he has yet to get back to me. In other news though, my CD-1 did arrive. Can’t upload a pic of it though because my phone seems to have a huge problem with me uploading files. I did make a video of it however. https://youtu.be/LgE08zSDVc4
That square Pyr-A-Larm is a different version of the Guardion FRU-1 I believe, I have never seen one like it before and I was tempted but I need to save money as I still haven’t been called back to work yet.
And I found out there IS a difference between the retail model and contractor model ES-7 Vigilante II’s. Dan/Federal3t22 got one and his was a retail model, his has an Edwards horn. Contractor models like mine have the normal Kobishi CLB-27 brass squealer. I have yet to see another contractor model on ebay but there are plenty of retail models to go around it seems.
OOOOOOOO look at these

Also Very interesting Benson!
I wonder why there are so many of the retail model ones now

I am gonna save up for these Im gonna keep one for myself and the other two for Jan Eaton and Jesse Lang
here is some things Ive bought recently
I picked up the other FX1014 that was in the same listing. I also bought a First Alert SA150LT so be looking forward to that as well. The 1839ACI doesn’t look like it’s going to be here for a while.
Nice. That will be cool
My SA150LT and FX1014 both arrived today. Here’s the video: https://youtu.be/xH5b5tAed00
Still have yet to receive any updates on my 1839ACI. If it hasn’t made any more progress by Thursdsy, I will unfortunately have to ask for a refund.
Once again irony strikes. We were just talking about these not too long ago and low and behold one pops up

Canadian Simpsons-Sears with the EscapeLight, this is a rebranded Wells Fargo. Utilizes the Cerberus Pyrotronics PCB, same one used in the Guardion FB-1, Sunbeam Centurions and Norelco Smokey units.
Speaking of Norelco Smokeys, there are a couple of HB-0938’s (the test button variant) on eBay right now which you may have seen me mention in the Facebook group.

I’ll very likely be going for one if any are still available by the time I have money.
Another one that I figured I’d also mention that was listed around the exact same time as the Norelcos, a Gateway Sears with a thermal sensor. But something I didn’t notice until I scrolled to the last photo, the thermal sensor is actually white! I’m not sure if it was painted, or if it was just made like that. Look what else just came up on eBay from the same seller as the Wells Fargo! https://www.ebay.ca/itm/264803176115
A Py-ra-larm FB-1A, the test button variant. This is the only other one known to exist at the moment besides the one that Tubbysalarms05 has.
And as I mention the Guardion FB-1, of course an FB-1A appears. I would love both of those but of course I is broke.
