Weather Woes Vol. 3

Right now, the temperature (factoring in wind chill) is in the teens while we recuperate from some snowfall yesterday. The sun is shining through several clouds, and more snow is predicted for the next couple of days…

It’s supposed to get down to 8 degrees tonight. Thankfully this will only happen for this one night before temps rebound for the rest of the week.

Right now for us, the wind chill’s -4. I’m not really minding the cold this time around, although I’m betting that will change once we get further into the season.

I’m enjoying all the warmth we’ve had. I really hope it trends that way for the remainder of the winter.

Good news; there is no snow currently predicted for the days ahead, and it could get as high as 44 degrees (fahrenheit) on Friday!

We haven’t had any snow since that freak storm on Halloween. I hate the fact that it happened, so much damage and chaos, not to mention the fact that we can’t say we didn’t have any snow this season. :stuck_out_tongue:

The meteorologist I watch on TV commented that generally when there’s a fairly early snowfall, there isn’t that much snow to follow in the season.

Real cold tonight–it’s dropped into the teens.

This is reminding me of the '06-'07 winter. Oh how nice that was.

It’s already in the 50s in my area and the sun is out as well. The next chance for wet weather (rain, rain/snow, then snow) is predicted for Wednesday.

It was pretty mild today, but there’s a change of snow for Saturday.

Doesn’t look like any chance of snow in the forecast for at least a week or two. This “winter” is turning out to be great!

It snowed today, got about 3 inches.

Not much change, weather-wise; it could get as high as 46 degrees fahrenheit Tuesday before temperatures drop in wake of a rain and snow system predicted to take place Wednesday into Friday.

Last night, we only got a dusting of snow. Definitely not as much as was forecast. :frowning:

Not too long ago, the temperature never got over 20 degrees during the day.

We’re due for some snow this week.

It was in the mid to upper 50s yesterday. It was amazing. It’s been about a month since the last time I was able to go outside in a t shirt. Looks like much of this week will be above average also.

My area has its first major snow system of the season heading this way tonight into tomorrow. The area might be getting about 1-5" of snow by the end of the system. Plus, there could be wind gusts of up to 30mph at times and temperatures could be going into the teens by Friday night…

Blah… I got about an inch or two of slush today. It’s supposed to rain tonight into tomorrow.

And for once, we actually got MORE than an inch of snow! I really didn’t mind this round of snowfall: it amounted to something and yet, we didn’t need to plow or shovel. It’s mostly melted away for now, but there’s another round coming up tomorrow, although it also shouldn’t amount to much.
