What is the rarest fire alarm notification devices you have seen

The rarest devices I have seen is in my school and in a hotel in Utah
The Hotel had Siemens UMMT alarms
And my school has 2nd generation Gentex SHGS on march time
And I don’t know if this device is rare but outside the front doors there is a weathered and broken Edwards Integrity
And sadly I don’t have pictures of the devices

On my phone I do have pictures of the broken edwards integrity and maybe the Gentex SHGs

Those aren’t all that rare. Well, the shgs might be. Do they sound like commanders, or do they have the earlier horn tone?

A huge mechanical bell with a dumbbell-shaped rotating striker, spotted at the entrance of some sort of steam-powered industrial remains. Not sure if it was hand-cranked, powered by mainshaft or by an individual mini steam engine, and not sure if it was used as a fire alarm or as something else like signals for workers to begin or finish their work.

They are 2nd gen march time so they sound kinda like commanders

Cool! I have one like that too. Pretty sure they only made them for one year. (Off topic, but my science teacher knows the family that owns Gentex.)

my church has a rare system

Huh, I’m well known in my school for owning fire alarm equipment
Which people think I’m weird for because it’s a uncommon obsession
My friend does have a FACP but he does not know the model

The rarest device I have seen is probably an Edwards 895b-301.My church has like ten of them.

Have you seen the panel? I could probably tell you the model number

The rarest device I have seen is the Simplex 2904-9101 remote strobe.

ooooooo that sounds pretty nice
I have never seen a simplex device.
But now that i think about it i just remember that I saw a Wheelock 7002t and a honeywell S464A pull station under it
and the 7002T was almost touching the roof

No
He says he has a FACP though

The rarest ones I’ve seen were those Faraday Light Plates (along with the rebranded 4051 horns) at my third elementary school.

Dam
Those are hard to find

For me, it was probably a Mircom FS-340R at a Logan’s Roadhouse. I don’t have a picture since the alarm was in the bathroom.

It was an Esl 1025c at my school in the library. I think it’s inactive though.

speaking of mircom,my church has a mircom fx-2000 that does not look like your normal fx-2000.I will try to post a picture today

a gray Wheelock 34T with three WS strobes on it. there was also a two strobe variant.
